Types of data we collect
When someone visits our website we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
As part of the registration process for our services, including pitch hire, room hire, course and club bookings and any other related business, we collect personal information. We use that information only to keep you up to date with the services we believe to be relevant or appropriate to you, or to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information. We do not rent or trade email lists with any business or organisation. We do, however, reserve the right to pass any necessary personal information to a third party to recover any debt owed in the case of non-payment for a service provided to you by us. On occasion we use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our relevant e-mailings. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our enewsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe to e-mailings at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.

Any employee processing your personal data will be acting on our instructions, and all data will remain confidential. All information provided to us is stored in a central database on our password protected server.
For tax purposes we are required by law to keep basic information about our customers and contracts for seven years.
