Pro: Direct U16 Development Centre

The Pro:Direct U16 Development Centre has been formed to bridge the gap between youth football and senior level football. Our aim is to provide a high level of coaching to develop and enhance your existing skills, whilst not affecting your current training and playing commitments.

The sessions will be led by Academy and Hitchin Town 1st team coach Damon Lathrope. Damon is a former pro who began his  youth career

with Cambridge Utd, moving on to Norwich City Academy in 2006-07 and signing professionally for the Canaries in 2008. He then went on to play for then League Two club Torquay Utd, Aldershot Town and most recently

Woking. Damon retired from professional football last year due to injury, but we are delighted to have him on board in both his Pro:Direct & HTFC roles.
