Block-Booking Slots – Weekday Evenings

  • Each session is asked to finish 5 minutes early in order for any equipment etc. to be packed up and the pitch to be vacated on time ready for the next booking. We thank you for your cooperation in this.

  • We have introduced new arrival and departure procedures – please see below.

  • With regret, spectators will not be permitted for weekday evening pitch hire, apart from Friday evenings.

  • Bookings which are normally invoiced monthly will continue in this way.

  • We will be unable to accept payments at the facility, therefore bookings that usually pay weekly must be paid by bank transfer in advance of the booking to secure – either monthly or weekly (1 week in advance).

  • Our bank details:

    • Please use your surname or team name followed by date you are paying for in ‘ddmmyy’ format if paying weekly, or slot & month e.g. “Mon7pmSept” if paying for entire month.



  • Match hire is available at weekends, subject to availability.

  • Payment will be required in advance by bank transfer as per the details above, with 50% required to secure a booking & the balance payable 7 days prior to the booking.

  • Please arrive no more than 30 minutes before your booking and ensure you vacate the premises no more than 30 minutes after your pitch slot.

  • Toilets will be opened 30 minutes prior to your booking and up to 30 minutes after. Changing & shower facilities are not available at this time.

  • Tiers 1 & 2: Spectators are permitted up to a maximum of 250, in groups of no more than six, observing social distance rules at all times. Please be aware your own club/league rules may be more restrictive than this. Tier 3: Spectators are not permitted.



  • Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of your booking and enter the queuing system which starts at the bollards in front of the middle of the building and runs along the path to the side gate at the left hand side of the building.

  • Please observe social distancing whilst queuing.

  • Please wait to be called through to the stands where you will be directed to a waiting area.

  • Please scan the QR code available on arrival.

  • Hand sanitiser will be available by the entrance, please use this on arrival

  • Please observe the one-way system in place in the stands.

  • When your pitch has been vacated by the previous booking you will be called to start your session.

  • Please do not enter the pitch until you have been called.



  • Please finish your session 5 minutes early (does not apply to weekend matches) to enable all equipment to be cleared and all of your users to vacate the pitch on time.

  • When your session is over please leave the pitch immediately and exit into the car park.

  • Please bear in mind there may be other users exiting at the same time and give the appropriate distance.






  • Tier 1 ONLY: The bar will be open for a take-out only service on Friday evenings and selected weekend bookings (this will be confirmed upon booking). We regret that this service will not be available Monday-Thursday for the time-being.

  • Entrance is via the main entrance – please scan the QR code on entry or give your contact details to a member of staff.

  • A one-way system will be in place in the bar area, please observe this and maintain social distancing

  • Masks must be worn inside.

  • Toilet facilities in the bar area are not in use.

  • There is no access to or from the pitch via the bar.

  • We are currently accepting card payments only (minimum spend £1), no cash.


  • A one-way system will be in place in the stands – please follow this.


  • Toilets will be open on a one in, one-out basis in Changing Room 3 at our discretion, by the back door.

  • Please wash your hands following the Government guidelines before exiting the toilets.

  • Changing facilities will not be available as per the Government guidelines so players and officials should arrive changed and shower at home.



  • All users should self-assess before they leave for the venue.

  • Please do not attend your booking if you or anyone in your household is displaying symptoms of Covid-19.

  • If you or someone in your party presents with symptoms either during or after use of the venue, we must be informed in order for us to comply with the Government test and trace system.

  • In this instance all other users potentially affected will be advised of a possible case and if a case is confirmed, this will be reported to Public Health England and we will follow their advice thereon.

  • Customers will be asked to abide by the current Government guidelines on numbers permitted for group activities/coaching which at the time of writing is a maximum of 30 including coach.

  • The person booking will be responsible for collecting contact details for all users associated with a booking, and will make these available to HTCFC if requested for Government test and trace purposes. Please ensure you keep an up to date record of this information for 21 days as per the guidelines.
