Matchday/Party Packages

We offer a range of Match day and Party packages that can be tailored to your requirements utilising the superb facilities at the Arena and the accessibility to match tickets at either Hitchin Town FC or Luton Town FC.

Available to clubs, schools, uniformed organisations or individuals any of the packages would make a great day out.

Birthday Parties

The Birthday Party packages can range from just hiring the pitch and having your own kick-about as a birthday treat or to include a complete Match day package including coaching, lunch and tickets to Hitchin Town or Luton Town FC 1st team matches.

You will have use of the 3rd Generation artificial pitch either with a member of Hitchin Town’s staff taking the party on various fun activities or if you prefer you can utilise the 70m x 30m training area to run your own session / small sided match.

After your hard work out on the pitch you can relax in the Arena Café and Bar and enjoy the TV displayed on our two large screens whilst you eat your birthday food.

Each Birthday child will receive a memento of the day at The Arena.

Cost: £ 10.00 per head

* A minimum of 12 children are required to make a booking

Hitchin Town FC Match Day Package

Why not make a day of it with our Hitchin Town Match Day package!

The package includes 90 minutes use of the 3rd Generation artificial pitch either with a member of Hitchin Town’s staff leading the coaching or if you prefer you can utilise the 70m x 30m training area to run your own session and small sided match.

After your hard work out on the pitch you can relax in the Arena Café and Bar and enjoy the football on SKY TV whilst you eat your lunch.

When lunch is finished you will make your way to Top Field home of Hitchin Town FC and receive tickets to watch the 1st team in action. If there is availability or you specify in your booking we can arrange for your team to be mascots, ball-boys and have a kick-about at half time on the pitch.

Format for the day:

Arrival at the Arena 12.00pm
1 Hour of Coaching 12.15pm - 1.15pm
½ Hour Small side game 1.15pm - 1.45pm
Lunch in The Arena Café & Bar 1.45pm - 2.25pm
Depart for Hitchin Town FC match 2.30pm
Arrive at Top Field 2.45pm
Mascots, Ball-boys & ½ Time Kick-about

1st team matches will finish between 5.45pm and 6.00pm

Luton Town FC Match Day Package

Similar to the Hitchin Town FC match day package except you will receive tickets to The Kenilworth Road Stadium to watch Luton Town 1st team play a match.

Format for the day:

Arrival at the Arena 11.30am
1 Hour of Coaching 11.45am - 12.45pm
½ Hour Small side game 12.45pm - 1.15pm
Lunch in The Arena Café & Bar 1.15pm - 1.45pm
Depart for Luton Town FC match 1.50pm
Arrive at Kenilworth Road 2.40pm

Matches will finish between 5.45pm and 6.00pm

	TBC	TBC (inc lunch)
